If it fits a size and it is lawful, it can usually go. Pack it securely, seal it, and make sure the recipient is reachable.

Ground rules
A few things we cannot carry.
Riders may refuse a parcel that is unsafe, unsealed, misdescribed or over the size limit.
- Anything illegal, stolen or prohibited by law
- Weapons, ammunition or explosive devices
- Flammable, corrosive or hazardous materials
- Live animals, unless expressly agreed
- Items that need temperature control, unless agreed

The details worth knowing before you hand it over.
Parcels can travel up to 50 km from the pickup point. Enter both addresses in the app and we will confirm whether the trip is within range before you book.
Small parcels can weigh up to 5 kg, medium parcels up to 10 kg, and large parcels up to 25 kg. Choose the size that fits your item; if it does not match on collection, the rider may need to rebook it.
You can follow the parcel live in the app. You can also share a tracking link with the recipient so they can see the rider approaching, without installing the app.
The price depends on the distance, the parcel size and local conditions. You see the full price before you confirm the booking.
The rider will try to contact the recipient using the details you provided. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be returned to you or held, and additional charges may apply. The terms in the app and our Terms of Service apply.
You cannot send anything illegal, dangerous, stolen or prohibited by law. This includes weapons, hazardous materials and live animals. See the prohibited items section of our Terms of Service for the full list.
